At Khel Sports, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

To request a return, email us at info@khelsport.com with your order number, reason for return, and product pictures if necessary. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions. You’ll need to send the item back using a trackable courier service.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

For exchanges, you’ll need to follow the return process and place a new order. If an exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for used, washed, or damaged items. Any returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
